Most hotels and condos of any size have at least one swimming pool. Alternatively, if yours hasn't, others are happy to have you as a daily guest of their pool for a small charge. Most people who come to this seaside rwsort also enjoy swimming in the warm tropical sea. Mike Shopping Mall also has a large rooftop pool available for public use take the elevator or stairs up to the 10th floor. There's a very small snacks counter and a good view of most of Pattaya Bay. Get there early to grab one of the sun loungers, and don't forget your swimming costume (shorts are not permitted).
